Mentor is a comprehensive management system for aircraft ground handling agents, which shares the A-CDM vision and SESAR technologies.
The planning module (Planner) combines the approach required for the deployment of the SESAR Master Plan with a different approach that takes into account proactively before the occurrence of an undesired event and also, in a reactive manner being able to adapt to unexpected events in a reasonable margin of time.
Mentor Planner assigns the necessary personnel and resources for the operation, treating each level of planning differently; tactical (medium term), operational (short term), and real time.
