We propose to support our clinicians with the organisational aspects of the preparation of their daily surgical activity, from the moment the patient is prescribed surgery, as well as the hospital managers in the advanced dynamic management of the Surgical Waiting List, with the aim of aligning the efforts of all of them with the temporary care commitments acquired with the population of their autonomous community by their respective regional ministries. And we do this by providing an intuitive assistant validated by the users themselves that dissolves the complexity of the problem, using various optimisation techniques such as programming by restrictions, the use of big data or machine learning, in whose application we have the support of researchers with unique international recognition, with the aim that our hospitals have at their disposal the powerful technological tools, which are already successfully used in logistics and aeronautical management, since their use in health is marginal and partial.
